Our expertise in measurement and analysis

Measurements, sampling and analyses of systems that emit industrial, pollutant-laden exhaust air and process gases are among Wessels core competencies.

We have extensive experience and state-of-the-art measuring technology, enabling us to carry out precise measurements at multiple measuring points simultaneously or in parallel – for example in raw gas and clean gas areas. Our systems cover a wide range of pollutants and provide reliable data for operation, maintenance and optimisation.

 

Measurement and Analysis Methods

To record and evaluate relevant process parameters, we use various standard-compliant methods, including:

  • Emission measurements to verify exhaust air quality and ensure environmental compatibility
  • Sampling for the analysis of gases, particulates and other substances to identify existing pollutants
  • Temperature, pressure and humidity measurements to monitor operating conditions and prevent inefficient processes
  • Flow measurements to determine air flow conditions and optimise system efficiency

Depending on the measurement task, analyses are carried out either in our in-house laboratory or in partner laboratories. Following this, our customers receive a detailed report containing all measurement results, their evaluation and specific recommendations for optimisation.
