PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Responding to the inquiries and concerns of those affected, who contact us via our contact form, voluntarily providing the required data.

 

LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The data is required to answer the inquiries and concerns of those affected. Depending on the wishes of the requesting individuals, the following legal basis from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are relevant:

  • Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR,
    If it concerns the execution of pre-contractual measures that follow the request.
  • Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR,
    In cases that do not concern the execution of pre-contractual measures, to safeguard our legitimate interest in being able to respond adequately to the requests; whereby the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the requesting parties do not conflict.

DURATION OF PROCESSING (DELETION PERIOD AND/OR CRITERIA FOR THE PLANNED DATA STORAGE TIME)

In cases that concern the execution of pre-contractual measures, the data will be stored in accordance with statutory storage obligations and will be deleted at the earliest after expiry of the retention periods.
If there are no further contacts with the inquirers, the data will be deleted after the last contact.

 

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT

RIGHT OF INFORMATION

You have the right to obtain information from us on whether and which personal data about you are processed in our company. This information is without charge as a matter of principle. Previously it can become necessary to have your identity verified free of doubt.

On request we place at your disposal a one-time copy of your personal data, which are subject of this data processing. For each further copy we are entitled to a reasonable recompense.

RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION

You have the right to have incorrect personal data relating to your person corrected. This includes the completion of incomplete data relating to your person.

 

RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING

Under certain circumstances you have the right to claim a limitation of the processing of your personal data by our company. This applies especially if the correctness of the data is disputed by you, the processing of the data is illegal, the data are no longer required for a processing or an objection is entered against the data processing.

 

RIGHT TO DELETION

You have the right to claim the immediate deletion of personal data relating to your person. A deletion has not to be done if the processing is carried out for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression, the data are required for the fulfilment of legal commitments, a public interest in the data processing for the area of public health exists, the data are processed in the frame of archive purposes or historical or scientific research purposes or if they are necessary for the defence of legal claims.

At any time you have the right to enter objection against the processing of personal data which refer to your person.

 

RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

You have the right to receive your personal data, processed in the scope of a defined purpose, provided to you in a structured, common and machine-readable format, or to request the transmission to another person responsible.

 

RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

Provided that the processing of personal data is based on your voluntary consent, you have the possibility to revoke your consent at any time. The revocation is valid for the future. Already completed processing operations remain unaffected by the revocation.

 

RIGHT OF APPEAL WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

For complaints arising from the processing of personal data in the framework of the stated purpose, you may contact a supervisory authority for data protection at any time.

 

NECESSITY OF DATA COLLECTION

The collection of non-optional data is required to fulfil the purpose.
Optional data are marked as such on the data entry form.

 

AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING

For data, which are collected in the framework of the defined purpose, no evaluation on the basis of automated decision making is carried out (e.g. scoring).
